Returns Policy

You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect etc.).  We do not allow returns on Batteries or open tires used or not.  These items will have to be dealt with directly with the manufacturers for warranty or replacements.  To return a package please use our RMA service in your account, Orders, then click the "Return Items" link next to the item you wish to return.  This will create a easy to follow RMA for you. If your order shipped using a free shipping method we will NOT pay for return shipping on your order or items in the order. It will be your responsibility to get the items back to us for the refund or exchange. All returns should be sent back to this address:

You should expect to receive your refund within four (4) weeks of receiving your return package, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).


We can ship to virtually any address in the world. Note that there are restrictions on some products, and some products cannot be shipped to international destinations.

When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose. Depending on the shipping provider you choose, shipping date estimates may appear on the shipping quotes page.

Please also note that the shipping rates for many items we sell are weight-based. The weight of any such item can be found on its detail page. To reflect the policies of the shipping companies we use, all weights will be rounded up to the next full pound.

If your billing address does not match your shipping address it could delay the process of speedy shipping. We reccomend using Affirm or Paypal if you are using different addresses for billing and shipping.  We may require you to show proof of residency or proof the address is your actual address. 

Domestic Shipping

Our Shipping Policy is simple, When we are offering a free shipping promotion, if your order subtotal is over $100, then shipping to you is FREE!! If your subtotal is under $100 you pay an industry standard low automatically calculated rates for the same fast shipping services. To qualify for free shipping you must select the FREE SHIPPING option in the shipping options, it only shows up if the order is eligible for free shipping. Note** If an item is already a FREE SHIPPING item then it will not count towards your $100 subtotal to reach the Free Shipping promotion.  Example, if you buy a Kit that is $250 but on the product page it says FREE SHIPPING in the item details and you add a few more items to your cart that do not reach $100 then you will be prompted to choose which shipping option you want to use at what pricing.  We will ship the Free Shipping item along with the other parts you order.

These rates apply to the lower 48, Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico and APO/FPO addresses.

Most orders ship via USPS but may go FedEx if it is a larger order or we can ship the items express 2 Day for the same low rate or cheaper.

International Shipping

We ship International through USPS First Class International and Priority shipping. Rates are calculated automatically at checkout based on your shipment weight. 

Order Cancellations

All order cancellations are subject to a 10% processing fee, orders canceled after they have been packed and labeled are subject to a 25% processing fee.


We are one of the best to have all orders processed within 24 hours or quicker of receipt, although some orders may take up to 48 hours to process. The majority of our orders are processed the same day, and weekend orders are processed first thing Monday morning.

Lost Package Claims

If you have not received your order, and feel your package may be lost, please contact us. 

Before we can file a claim for a lost package, we must allow the U.S. Postal Service the full time allotted for delivery. Here is the timetable for tracing lost packages:

USPS Express Mail - 10 business days from the day the order was shipped
USPS Priority Mail - 14 business days from the day the order was shipped
USPS First Class Mail - 21 business days from the day the order was shipped (limited to no insurance included)
USPS International - 40-120 business days from the day the order was shipped

Please allow us 2 business days to contact the shipping carrier regarding your missing package. Please do not open a PayPal claim against the order, as this will further delay the process.


Route Insurance 

We recommend using Route Insurance for all your orders. We can only help you get the contracted amount back from the carrier you select and the service you select from that carrier. If you do not insure your package you could incur a loss on the package you ordered from us. Unfortunately with the volume of packages leaving our facility we can not track down each and every one of them or be responsible for the carriers faults.  We know how frustrating it is and we will do everything we can but ultimately in the end the best way to ensure you don't lose your product or the money you spent on it is to insure the package for pennies on the dollar with Route.
