Q:How fast will my free shipping get here?
A: Depending on the size of the package, the weight and the product itself will all determine what shipping method we use. There's no one exact answer but we'll try to get it to you as fast as we realistically can. Keep in mind that most shipping carriers right now are behind and you could experience delays in your delivery. But we do everything we can to get it out as fast as we possibly can.
Q: What are your in store hours?
A: Weekdays 10 a.m.- 6:30 p.m. Saturdays 10-5 and Sunday 11-5 EST.
Q: Where's my tracking number?
A: Your tracking number is in your order confirmation email.
Q: Do you ship lipo batteries internationally?
A: We can not ship LIPO batteries internationally by themselves. The order must contain the car or equipment that is going to use the battery. You can find more about our shipping policies here.
Q: When will my same day order ship?
A: Monday through Friday if you order before 3:30 p.m. EST your same day order should ship the same day. If you order on a weekend, you may see your orders shipping confirmation come through as we have weekend shipping shifts however your item will not leave the warehouse until Monday.
Q: Why can't I add this item to my cart?
A: If you can't add a product to your cart the item is either out of stock or discontinued. If you find an instance where this isn't the case, please email us at [email protected]
Q: How do I use my Beach Nation Rewards?
A: At the bottom of the website is a blue Beach Nation Rewards box. Clicking on that box will let you know everything you need to know!

A: We have a page dedicated to Route here.
Q: What if I can't find the product I'm looking for on your website?
A: Email [email protected] your question and we'll be able to help you if we do have the product. If we do not have the product, let us know and if we can get it for you we will be more than happy to order it in or possibly drop ship it for you. We will do whatever we can to help you out and make it as easy as possible for you.
