The new front shock tower for the HB Racing 819 D8 WS is made of Ergal 7075 T6 with a thickness of 5mm , anodized and then laser marked.
The new design has made it possible to have the same weight as the original but with a 30% increased rigidity thanks to the new lateral and upper ribs.
All the lightening pockets have a 0.5 radius on the bottom to increase rigidity and eliminate the risk of breakage, all the edges have been rounded.
The new geometry allows to eliminate the problem of the reduced travel of the front shock absorbers after the D8 EVO update, furthermore the upper/external hole has been eliminated and a new internal hole has been inserted to be able to tilt the shock absorbers more.
