The RTR Buggy That Thinks It’s a Race Kit! | SWORKz Apollo II eEVO Review

Is this the Ultimate "Race-Ready" RTR?

SWORKz Apollo II eEVO First Look!

Can an Out-of-the-Box (RTR) buggy actually compete with high-end Pro Kits?

Today, we’re diving into the SWORKz Apollo II eEVO—a 1/8 scale brushless beast that bridges the gap between casual bashing and competitive racing.

Built with the DNA of the S35-4E Pro, this isn’t your average plastic-heavy RTR. We’re talking a T7075 hard-coated aluminum chassis, Pro-series shock towers, and a layout optimized for perfect weight distribution.

Key Specs & Features:

Chassis: CNC Machined T7075 Aluminum (Same coating as the Pro kits!)

Suspension: 16mm Racing Shock System from the S35-3E.

Drivetrain: Full CVA drive shafts & CNC-machined gears.

Power: HobbyWing-made Spower 120A ESC & 2200kv Brushless Motor.

Servo: Savox 12kg Metal Gear.

Body: Stunning pre-painted Falcon ST-4 shell.

This is just part one! In our next video, we’re throwing a battery in this thing to see how it handles real-world abuse. We’ll be testing it through the lens of: "What would a 12-year-old do to this car?"

If it can survive a casual afternoon of jumps and dirt, it can survive anything.
